Know what it is you desire. What do you want to be, do and have?

Check in to make sure it makes ‘your’ heart sing and is not a should or something that someone else wants for you.

Decide how long you think is realistic to achieve this target. If you feel clueless do some research or ask others who have done what you want to do, how much time it took them.

What is the very first step you need to take that will have you feeling like you are on your way?

What will be your fist indication of making progress that will please you?

How will you know you are half way there? This could be a list of things that need to happen in order to support you in reaching your accomplishment.

What needs to happen between the half way and final point? Action steps, errands, phone calls, appointments, etc..

How will you know you have reached your target and how will you feel?

What reward will motivate you and keep you inspired? It should enhance your goal and not set you back.

If you don’t achieve this target what are you willing to put on the line? Something to give up if even for a short time that will really have you feeling it, the opposite of a reward.

What are some of the obstacles that you might expect to pop up? List as many as you can think of and keep adding to that list.
