Three Step Formula For Creating Online Visibility – By Denise Wakeman
Denise Wakeman is a super star with ‘Online Visibility’ and I have learned a great deal from her. I am a student of her online visibility program where I have seen results that have exceeded my expectations. You’ll run into Denise online just about everywhere and that is not by accident. Denise shares the same strategy and tips she uses to grow her own business. I am honored to have her as a guest author on my blog.
Visibility = Opportunity. If you are not visible online, it’s like you don’t exist, no matter how great your product, book, or service is…if your customer, reader or client can’t find you…it doesn’t matter. Here’s a simple three step formula for creating online visibility which results in more opportunities: sales, media, speaking, and joint ventures.
1. Use your blog to set the stage. Plan a series of posts directly related to the topic of what you’re promoting. Whether it’s your new book, a service or a product, post content for several weeks prior to the launch date of your promotion. For example, if you have a book being published start seeding you blog with Continue reading »

Steve is the Innovation King! His information and creativity always spark new ideas in me. I met Steve in a blog challenge a few months back and we found that we have a lot in common. We recently collaborated on an ebook to help entrepreneurs boost their business regardless of the economy. I am really happy to introduce you to him here with a guest post!
Brainstorming is a powerful tool for creating new ideas to grow your business. Brainstorming sessions are also useful in finding solutions to problems in your business or your industry.
Here are three tips to start using brainstorming to grow your business today.
1. Make Time for Brainstorming – Include brainstorming sessions on your calendar so they are not forgotten or pushed aside by another activity. Schedule as much time as you can, but even a 10 minute brainstorming session can generate a great list of creative ideas.
2. Record Every Idea – During your brainstorming sessions, write down every idea that comes to mind. Do not Continue reading »

I am happy to introduce you to a fellow Internet marketer who is doing great things with membership sites. George and I are in several class’s together and he is very helpful with his ideas and resources. It is a real honor to share this guest post here! George writes a great blog about online membership sites.
Information overload is a popular topic because it seems to be a problem for small business owners and entrepreneurs no matter what niche you are serving. I am a relatively newcomer to the online business world and I suffered from what I perceived as information overload. Perceived information overload? That is a peculiar phase isn’t it? I believe that we all can be victims of perceived information overload. I came to that conclusion after thinking very carefully about what I learned from Connie Regan Green, Armand Morin and Helen of course.
Those of us who are familiar with Connie Regan Green have heard her story of how she got started on the Internet many times. As we all know Connie got her start with affiliate marketing. She watched how others conducted their business and was able to formulate a business plan of her own. As we all know, Continue reading »

I’d like to introduce you to a friend and colleague who is a talented and generous person. Cynthia has a passion for helping others live a simple and joyful life that is free from clutter. It is my honor to share a post that she wrote especially for this blog.
Did you ever think about the kinds of mess that may be keeping you from success? The one that comes to mind first is stuff. If your desk is cluttered with things to do, it causes a type of mental paralysis. No matter that you know where everything is and can even put your hand on almost anything immediately, you use mental energy to keep it filed in your memory. Make a commitment to clearing your desk a priority today. There is nothing to lose by doing it and I have found people are surprised at the result.
At the same time, mental clutter causes chaos. If you want to achieve greater success in your business, decide on a system that will track your to-do list for both business and personal tasks. Google has a calendar tracking system or you might want to track everything in your smartphone.
The presence of negative people in your life may be personal clutter that you need to restrict or remove. Limiting their access to your time may be difficult at first, but I have found it makes a big difference in moving forward in my business. If you want to achieve great success in your business, clear out the clutter and clean up the messes. You efforts will be rewarded in a short time.

I’d like to introduce you to an Internet Marketing Superstar, Jeanette Cates. She is a teacher and leader that I look up to and have learned a great number of valuable online lessons from. One of her unique specialties is how organized she is and how great she is at putting together and following systems. If you are not already a fan of hers, you soon will be!
If you’ve ever been stuck on a problem in your online business and didn’t have a clue where to start, here’s a technique that may work for you. It’s called “unraveling the strings of success.” You’ll be able to visualize those strings as you see how it works.
1. Figure out what you want. It may be a new website, more subscribers, fewer support tickets. In online business terms, let’s say I want “more sales.”
2. Now take that goal and ask yourself “What do I need to get more sales?” Again, for the online business owners, it’s probably something like better website sales conversions, more traffic, better follow up.
3. Next take one of those topics and start unraveling it. “If I want more traffic, what do Continue reading »
